What should i do now?I called numerous times. At last, this lady, "Shelton-Grimes, Heidi (WM Operations) • Heidi.Shelton.Grimes@***.com" answered my call.

I told her i could not receive one-time password via both text & voice. She told me its due to my account is blocked. So she emailed me a link & guided me through & submit back to her. While i was still on the call & waiting for her to reply me whether she has received my email & guided later after that, my line was cut off.

Then, i sent her NUMEROUS emails using the email she sent me asking her, "have she received my email? What should i do now? Should i call her again?" I have been waiting for 1 day, 24 hours but until now also yet to receive any email reply from her. Whether its done, i have to call her back again or i have to wait 1 hour, 1 day or etc to receive any email instructions etc, AT LEAST PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!

BUT NO EMAIL REPLY FROM HER!!

Before she emailed me the link, she also worried the line will be cut off, hence she quickly get my contact number & verification details. But SINCE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CONTACT ME BACK, WHY GET MY NUMBER!!??
